If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, please provide us with the chance to make you a satisfied customer!


Return Window

Purchases from Gotzusa.com may be returned at any time, however items must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging with all tags attached. Complete the form that is conveniently printed on the reverse of your packing slip and include it in the package with your returning items. 

If the item you would like to return was a gift and you are not the original purchaser, store credit will be issued.

Instructions for making a return

Gotz offers exchanges on items purchased from Gotzusa.com only. 

Please write your order number next to the return shipping label on the outside of the box. If you do not know your order number, please contact us at shop@goetz-puppen.de.

All items marked CLEARANCE and DISCONTINUED are FINAL SALES and cannot be returned unless they were received in damaged condition or if the return is pre-approved by RML staff.

If we receive the item back and the packaging is damaged or missing any labels, instructions or any pieces, a 25% restocking fee will be charged.

Who is responsible for Return Shipping Costs?

Unless the items were shipped to you in error or if the products are defective and/or damaged, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

If you receive an incorrect shipment, a shipment that is not yours or a shipment that is defective/damaged or incomplete, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue by providing you with a pre-paid return label at no cost to you. Once you obtain the pre-paid return label, attach it to the box you will be returning and drop it off at the closest FEDEX location. If you would like to request an alternate carrier other than FEDEX, please contact us at shop@goetz-puppen.de and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.

If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the package.
