Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our United States distribution center in Millersburg, PA 17061. Shipping times vary and depend on your destination address.

Gotz Dolls USA Inc can ship to APO and FPO addresses. However, we do not ship to Canada or internationally outside of the United States. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us!

All orders over $100.00 are eligible for FREE standard shipping (Standard shipping times vary depending on your order's destination address). Orders under $100.00 will be charged $7.95 flat rate (2-7 business days) shipping. When you are located in Alaska or Hawaii standard shipping will be charged at $15.95 and free shipping will apply from $100.00 order value.

Our customer service and shipping department operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship within 1-3 business days from the time of sale. Orders placed after 12:30pm EST Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

If you need your order in time for Christmas please consider its destination before placing your order. We ship out of PA so orders going to California may take up to a week to reach the recipient.
